Snow "board"?

Here in S. Arkansas, we were actually surprised to see that the
weather man was right on with his snow prediction!
We don't always have the equipment we need to have fun in the snow,
so we make do with what we've got!

Doesn't that look like fun?
My grandson and his daddy are having a great time! That's an upside down ironing board!

Snow "boarding" down the driveway!
See them down there between the trees?
Credit for this great idea goes to my son-in-law!
Photos were taken by my daughter at her house, 4 hours away!
We only got 1 1/2 inches at my house...she got 6!

Happy Snow Day Everybody!

Hi Tina,
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and for your sweet comment! :) I very much needed that encouragement this week and I'm thrilled that you decided to follow my blog and I'm happy to follow along on yours as well.
Love the photos - you live in a beautiful area of the country and hooray for snow days! :)
Hope you have a blessed weekend,
Linda in Illinois

You really did get a lot of snow there. I'm glad to see someone enjoyed it. Your SIL really used his thinking cap on that snow board. We've had loads of that white stuff here for quite a while now but it is not a novelty for us at all. Thanks for the smiles today!

Very innovative, but what exactly is it that you've made do with? I was expecting a cardboard box. :D

That "snow board" is brilliant.
We finally got a decent snow up here and I can't wait to take a walk in it today. Pretty sure the whole state got a bit with more to come this week. Yippeee.

If I could share our snow with you I'd be more than happy too. They're talking up to another 10 inches this week! So glad your little guy got to have fun in the snow.

I'll have to remember the ironing board- since snow is once again forecast for Arkansas! ツ Just hope there is no ice in the mix!
